All of the women, including two from New Jersey, met Andrew Gallo, of Levittown, PA on sugardaddymeet.com. Gallo appeared to have followed the exact same playbook, police papers show: He'd brag about his bartending skills then pour them a drink from open bottles and hop in the shower shower. When he got out, he'd give the women a tour of his home, telling them how he rebuilt it after a fire.

It was somewhere around this point in the evening that Gallo would ask how the women were feeling and offer them lingerie. Then, he'd try to have sex with them, documents charge.

A search of Gallo’s home in August would find that the alcohol he poured for his victims was from a bottle of Casamigos tequila, the contents of which tested positive for methamphetamine, the Bucks County DA said.

As previously reported by Daily Voice, Gallo was arraigned Wednesday morning, Sept. 11 and remanded to the county jail under $5 million bail (10%).

The victims were identified in the criminal complaint as s 24-year-old New Jersey woman (CV1), a 29-year-old New Jersey woman (CV2), 30-year-old Philadelphia woman (CV3), 22-year-old Bethlehem, PA woman (CV4), 18-year-old Philadelphia woman (CV5), and a 17-year-old Philadelphia girl (CV6) (scroll down for their stories).

Here are some of the victims' stories from the criminal complaint (warning the following stories contain graphic information that readers may find disturbing. Discretion is advised).

CV1's story: CV1 met Gallo at a Langhorne, PA restaurant before going to his house, where it was just the two of them and his dog in December 2023. There, Gallo made CV1 a drink, which she did not see him make, in the kitchen. She described the drink as having a sugar rim. After finishing the drink, CV1 said she felt “strange,” both energetic yet calm and cool. During sex, CV1 reported being choked a lot by Gallo, to the point he was restricting her airflow, and she had to tell him to stop. CV1 left the next morning.

Five days later, CV1 was drug tested as part of a job application, and the results turned up positive for multiple substances, including cocaine and methamphetamine. That’s when CV1 realized why she felt the way she did the night she met Gallo. Prior to being drug tested, CV1 would hang out with Gallo, bringing him food at work and hanging out with him at construction sites, where he worked. CV1 said she felt a lack of control during her sexual encounter with Gallo, “being unable to stop anything Gallo wished to do, after having consumed the beverage Gallo provided to her.”

CV3's story: Around 7:30 a.m., Bristol Township police were called to a home in Levittown for a welfare check of CV3, who told officers that around 9:45 the night before, she was inside the home with Gallo until about 3 a.m. CV3 told police she believed Gallo had drugged her by putting Molly in her drink CV3 said she once tried the drug in high school and was experiencing similar effects, like grinding her teeth with the inability to stop.

Months later, during an interview with the arriving officer that morning at Bristol Township Police HQ, CV3 said she met Gallo on a sugar daddy dating site where women meet men in exchange for money. Before CV3 arrived, Gallo said he would make them a couple of drinks, and watch TV together, and she could keep him company while he packs for a trip. CV3 said she got to Gallo’s home the night of Feb. 22. When she arrived, Gallo said he was a “really good bartender” and asked if she wanted a drink. Gallo suggested margaritas.

CV3 watched as Gallo made her drink, saying bottles used to pour the drinks were in the cabinets. CV3 couldn’t say with certainty whether or not the bottles were new or previously opened. Gallo put a small crystal-like substance on a plate to dip the top of the drinking glasses. CV3 said the substance didn’t look like salt particles, but rather, little crystal rocks that were a mixture between clear and yellow. CV3 said she didn’t drink often and never had a margarita before so she didn’t know what they’re supposed to taste like.

After Gallo made the drinks, the two began watching TV in his bedroom. During the evening, CV3 declined Gallo’s sexual advances including offers to try on lingerie. He got mad at her and went in the bathroom saying he called an Uber for her to leave.

As she was standing outside, CV3 began to feel strange. Her body kept fidgeting and her jaw kept moving fast from side to side. CV3 believed that Gallo had drugged her, and done so through her drink. Before meeting Gallo, CV3 had given his address to her sister in case of an emergency. CV3 said her sister was the one who had called the police for a welfare check, as she couldn’t get in touch with her.

That’s when police arrived on the scene, requesting emergency medical personnel respond to the scene due to CV3’s physical state. CV3 agreed to be seen by medics but refused hospital transport. CV3 said that due to the substances that Gallo had given her, she was up for nearly seven days straight. CV3 said she didn’t knowingly ingest any drugs while with Gallo at his home, nor did she consent to any drugs being given to her secretly.

CV5's story: On Aug. 15, 2024, a search warrant was executed at Gallo’s home at 32 Copper Beech Lane in Bristol Township. Here, police found CV5, an 18-year-old girl, lying on the bed in Gallo’s bedroom. She consented to a blood draw where two vials were collected and taken for forensic analysis.

After the blood draw, CV5 told police she met Gallo on a Sugar Daddy site last November, just after she turned 18 years old. She went to his home several times between November 2023 and Aug. 15, 2024. The visits typically lasted longer than a day and involved some form of sexual interaction. CV5 said during one stay, she willingly took Molly several times, provided to her by Gallo. Aside from the visit, she mostly drank alcohol, also provided by Gallo, until the current visit.

The night of Aug. 14 was different.

Gallo gave CV5 triangular pills, one bluish and one red, which he said were versions of male and female Viagra. In addition to the pills, Gallo mixed alcoholic drinks for them both. CV5 said she performed oral sex on Gallo. Then, her stomach started burning and she vomited multiple times. CV5 also said Gallo pressured her for sex even after she threw up continuously. Gallo became angry that they couldn’t have sex because she didn’t feel well. The two laid down to go to sleep when police came to execute the search warrant.

During her interview, CV5 said Gallo would choke her during sex, almost to the point of unconsciousness. She told police this was something she didn’t want to happen, and she’d tried to push him away but was unable to stop him.

WARNING: The following encounter contains disturbing and graphic information. Reader discretion is advised.

CV6's story: CV6 had met Gallo on the sugar daddy dating site, where she said her age was 19, not her true age of 17. When she arrived at his house, he had a drink with a salt rim waiting for her. CV6 tried a small sip of the drink but didn’t want to finish it due to it tasting very salty. She also said she was reluctant to consume the drink “in fear of Gallo possibly spiking it.”

CV6 told Gallo her true age after taking a sip of the drink, to which he replied, “You are going to receive a punishment then.” Gallo proceeded to pour two shots of Mi Campio, a tequila that is light brown in color, directly from the bottle into her mouth. CV6 said the bottle had been open prior to her arrival and did not recall Gallo drinking from it during their encounter.

The pair left the home for food and then returned to engage in sexual contact. During the contact, Gallo poured about 15 more shots of Mi Campo into the girl’s mouth. CV6 said she believed Gallo was trying to get her drunk all night. When she said she didn’t want to drink anymore, Gallo poured the alcohol on her vagina. CV6 said there was a large amount of lingerie at Gallo’s him, which Gallo said belonged to an ex. Gallo asked CV6 to put on the lingerie and take videos of herself, then send them to him.

CV6 said Gallo liked to have “really really really really rough sex,” and that he used sex toys on her. She also said Gallo liked choking and slapping while engaging in sexual contact. Gallo wanted the girl to regurgitate on his penis.

CV6 said she didn’t believe that she lost consciousness but doesn’t remember falling asleep. The last thing she remembers is Gallo pouring tequila down her mouth and then waking up. The sun was out. Gallo had left for work around 2 p.m. on Aug. 9, leaving CV6 alone in his home. He was supposed to have been back at 11 p.m. While alone in Gallo’s home, CV6’s stomach began burning, and she vomited.

CV6 stayed at Gallo’s house for a few hours but began feeling “weird.” She went home around 6 p.m. and began hallucinating, hearing what she sounded like a dog barking, seeing spiders, and feeling as though things were touching her. CV6 said she consumed alcohol and has had a hangover before, but what she experienced that day was different. That’s when she decided to go to the hospital.

On Aug. 10, CV6 went to the Children’s Hospital of Pennsylvania for treatment, which included a forensic examin and lab tests. On Sept. 6, she got the results back: CV6’s urine sample tested positive for meth, amphetamine, and THC.
